When do I need to order for Christmas?
Order by December 10 for delivery before Christmas. Orders after that are still welcome but may arrive after the holiday.
How many figures can I add?
Two are included. Add up to six extra figures (people or pets) at checkout for $19 each.
What do I need to send?
After checkout we email you within 24 hours for a clear photo of each person or pet, then send a mockup for your approval.
Is the year included?
Yes, every ornament comes with a 2026 tag. Want names too? Add them in the notes field at checkout.
